Parastou was an invaluable partner in the preparation and execution of our Team Face-to-Face Workshop (3 Days). She was a consistently strong strategic thought-partner with the leadership circle, demonstrating her rapid grasp of the team’s purpose and outcomes.

She made impact from the very initial involvement with the planning team and brought not just knowledge, know-how and experience… more importantly, she brought perspective and insights.

Parastou was an excellent meeting facilitator and provided excellent meeting presence, tone and tenor. Importantly, she is agile-in methodology, in practice, and she demonstrated it constantly by flexing and accommodating organic team discussions.

Parastou brought enthusiasm and energy to encourage consistent engagement. On a personal note, I very much enjoyed meeting and working alongside her and would welcome future opportunities to work together.

Parastou has tremendous empathy and intuition. At each session, she has created an environment for me to explore my potential and helped me overcome my fears. For example, I was sometimes afraid to speak up and push for my needs, which made me resentful and sad. After only a few sessions, we were able to identify the origin, and with a new perspective, I shifted my attitude and was able to go for what I wanted. Every time I work with her, I find a piece of the puzzle missing for me to live my life happier and more productively. It is impressive to me how quickly sometimes the process works. I will be forever thankful for my work with her.

Parastou started coaching me when I was going through a turning point in my career. Parastou brilliantly guided me through that process, and helped me better understand my circumstances and what my future prospects could look like. I learned a lot about myself as an individual and a professional throughout this challenging but fascinating process.

Parastou was a great support in both Face-to-Face meetings we had, especially with regards to the one with our vendor. I appreciated her flexibility and adaptability in getting us prepared to the point where we wanted to be at the end of the meeting. The feedback and assumptions we received from our vendor changed over time and were clearly different from our internal perspective. Parastou managed to adapt accordingly and set a very clear ‘Strategy’ and agenda for the meeting. We left the meeting being completely aligned. It was definitely challenging and she challenged us as well in the process (which was great).
